What this service covers
Reinstatement is a documentation exercise as much as a demolition one. We start from your tenancy agreement and the landlord's handover condition, then produce a scope that matches it clause by clause.
Works are carried out within the landlord's permitted hours with full debris removal and disposal to licensed facilities. Services are capped and terminated properly rather than simply cut.
You receive a photographic handover record and the landlord's sign-off checklist, which is what shortens the gap between vacating and getting the deposit back.
Typical scope of works
- Strip-out of partitions, ceilings, flooring and joinery
- Removal of M&E additions and capping of services
- Making good of walls, slabs and ceilings
- Repainting to landlord specification
- Licensed debris disposal and post-works cleaning
- Photographic handover record and landlord sign-off
Best suited for
- Offices and retail units at end of lease
- F&B outlets with heavy M&E additions
- Industrial and warehouse tenancies
