This notice explains how Hua Xing Development Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202008328R) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data submitted through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

It applies to enquiries made through our contact form, by email, by phone and by messaging apps.

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, contact number, project location, indicative budget, timeline and the project brief itself.

We do not ask for identification numbers, financial account details or any sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send them to us by these channels.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quotation, and carry out the works if you appoint us.

To keep a record of the enquiry and any resulting contract, as required for our business and tax records.

To contact you about the specific project you enquired about. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without asking you separately.

Where a project requires it, we may share relevant project details with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers or the Qualified Person appointed on your project — limited to what they need to price or carry out the works.

We may also disclose personal data where we are required to by law, by a regulator, or by a court order.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only for as long as they may reasonably be revived, and are then deleted.

Project records are retained for the periods required by Singapore law and by our insurers, including the defects liability period and any subsequent limitation period.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send confidential commercial documents by unencrypted email if you would rather not.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Pages that embed a third-party map may set cookies controlled by that provider when the map loads.

If analytics are added in future, this notice will be updated to say what is collected and how to opt out.

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to contact you. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
